All PARKKENNER products are designed in Vienna, Austria, where the brand is based. To produce our high-quality products we work with a family-owned business with a long tradition of leatherwork in Poland and leather specialists in Italy.
How do I take care of my bag?
PARKKENNER bags are crafted from high quality European cow leather. To make sure that your bag ages beautifully we recommend to protect it from humidity; avoid contact with liquids; avoid over-exposure to direct light and keep it away from any source of heat. Store it in the PARKKENNER dust bag (no plastic bags). For cleaning it should be gently dabbed with a dry, non-fluffy, light colored absorbent cloth.
How much are the shipping costs?
We ship to Austria for 9 € and in all EU states for 15 €. If you country is not on the shipping list please contact us (customers@parkkenner.com)
How long is the estimated delivery time?
All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping within Austria: 3-5 business days and in the European Union 5 – 7 business days.
Item is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please e-mail us (customers@parkkenner.com) immediately, with your complaint and order number. Please include a picture of the damages or wrong-shipped product. We will provide a quick and satisfying solution.
Is it possible to return my goods?
If you are not happy with your purchase it is of course no problem to return it. Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the goods. All items must be returned new and unused in its original packaging.
Items that are used or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. In this case you will not receive a refund.
Once we received and accept your return in good condition we will inform you about it and will proceed to refund the amount of purchase as soon as possible. Please note that all costs that are made to return the goods are your own responsibility and will not be refunded.
